26 JUN 2008 ABI Signs New Distribution Agreement with Trinity Biotech ABI has appointed Trinity Biotech plc as another partner for the distribution of the Company's PIFA® Heparin/Platelet Factor-4 Rapid Assay (HPF4) in the USA and German markets. Trinity Biotech is a specialist in the marketing and distribution of clinical diagnostic products. 7 APR 2008 ABI Announces 2007 Financial Results For the year ended 31 December, 2007, revenues totaled $5.5 million, the highest in the Company’s history. Other highlights include the first positive EBITDA of $1.4 million, which represents ABI’s maiden positive operating cash flow. 3 April 2008 Thomas A. Nicolette named Chief Executive Officer Having successfully initiated ABI’s transition from R&D-based entity to a Sales and Marketing organization over the past twelve months, Thomas A. Nicolette has become CEO of the Company, effective immediately. Dr. Raymond F.
